If you are a referring MD, therapist or professional, we hope to work with you to provide excellent care for your patients.
PRESCRIPTION:
We have prescription pads available with directions and phone numbers for our clinics. Please call us and we will provide you with these pads.
BUSINESS CARDS:
We also have business cards with directions to our clinics on the back of the card, phone numbers, and our website address. Many of our physicians provide the patients with our business card; this provides the patient with more information about the practice.
COMMUNICATION WITH THE REFERRING MD:
We fax the MD office an initial evaluation with a treatment plan. We also provide interim reports informing the MD about the patient's progress. We realize your time is valuable, so we will try to be as efficient in our communication as possible. However, please do not hesitate to call us if more information is needed, if you would like a change in the treatment program, or any other concerns. Please understand, we will also call you if we have any concerns about your patient; we want to provide high-quality care for your patient.
