Many patients are concerned - is HUER a provider for their insurance?

We are providers for most insurances. It is the patient's responsibility to check if we are a provider for your insurance. Usually, you can call the toll-free numbers on your insurance card to get this information. However, we do offer assistance with this process and will assist you when you call for an appointment. You can also call your insurance company to find out if you have a co-pay, how much of your deductible you have met, and how many visits are allowed for occupational or physical therapy for each calendar year. Again, it is your responsibility to check with your insurance to see what they cover for occupational therapy outpatient visits. We will bill the insurance company for you and we will explain this more to you during your first appointment. We will work with you and explain this process so you are comfortable with the billing process.
